UditVani, Ranchi: JMM heavyweights Hemant Soren, wife Kalpana and Basant Soren have established leads in their respective constituencies after several rounds of counting.
The fourth contender from the Soren family, Sita Soren, is trailing in Jamtara, where Congress’s Irfan Ansari is maintaining a significant lead with a margin of 38,052 votes.

Hemant Soren ( JMM ): 72,216 votes
Gamliyel Hembrom ( BJP ) : 45,358 votes
Hemant Soren was leading by a convincing margin of 26,858 votes. Counting will continue till 20 rounds
Gandey (31 ) – after 18 rounds
Kalpana Murmu Soren ( JMM) : 98,335 votes
Muniya Devi ( BJP ) : 89,402 votes
Kalpana Soren was leading by 8,933 votes. Counting will continue till 21 rounds.
Dumka ( 10) – after 20 rounds
Basant Soren ( JMM) : 91,793 votes
Sunil Soren (BJP ) : 78,023 votes
Basant Soren leads by 13,770 votes. Only four rounds of counting are left.
Jamtara (09) – after 13 round
Irfan Ansari (Congress ) : 97,836 votes
Sita Soren (BJP) : 59,784 votes
Sita Soren trails by 38052 votes. Counting will continue till 29 rounds
