UditVani, Jamshedpur : The Department of Business Administration at XITE College, Gamharia, organized an insightful seminar on the theme “Energy, Geopolitics, and People: Emerging Challenges for Business.”
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from a large number of students and faculty members.
On the occasion, the Principal, Father Dr. E. A. Francis SJ, highlighted the critical importance of research in today’s highly competitive environment.
He emphasized key contemporary issues and congratulated the department for successfully organizing the seminar.
Encouraging students to actively engage in research, he urged them to pursue meaningful endeavors that enrich both their academic and personal lives.
Welcoming the attendees, Head of the Department, Dr. Amit Chaturvedi, stated that the seminar aimed to familiarize students with the dynamic nature and complexities of the business world.
He also expressed gratitude to the faculty members for their dedicated mentorship and guidance in helping students prepare their research work.
Professor Nishit Singh, in his introductory address, shared valuable insights into the current business landscape, underscoring its relevance in shaping management perspectives and career opportunities for students.
The seminar concluded with remarks by Prof. Anjali Jha, who offered practical suggestions to the students.
