UditVani, Jamshedpur : The Tata Steel Sports Department organised an extensive workshop on the Sports Code of Conduct for Jamshedpur FC staff and coaches on Tuesday.
The session saw active participation from administrative personnel and senior team coaches.
The workshop highlighted the significance of ethical behaviour, strict adherence to Tata Values, and maintaining professional standards while mentoring young athletes. Coaches were trained on fostering a positive, respectful and growth-oriented environment that enables players to excel both on and off the field.
Senior team head coach Steven Dias, Goalkeeper coach Harshad Meher, General Manager Prashant Godbole, along with other staff members, attended the session.
The initiative reaffirmed the collective commitment of Jamshedpur FC and Tata Steel to nurturing a value-based sporting culture that builds both skill and character from the grassroots.
