UditVani, Jamshedpur : Under the visionary leadership of Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Anjila Gupta, the Department of MBA, Jamshedpur Women’s University, organized and participated in “Money Matters” – a Finance Workshop conducted by Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) at Hotel Alcor, Bistupur.
Around 50 management students from MBA and BBA programmes, along with faculty members Dr. Sweta Prasad, Dr. Keya Banerjee, and Dr. Bharti Varshney, actively participated in the workshop.
The programme covered key topics including the fundamentals of mutual funds, risk–return analysis, and long-term financial planning.
The interactive session provided students with in-depth practical insights into personal finance and investment strategies, equipping them with essential knowledge that will significantly benefit them in their professional careers.
The session was led by Amitabh Prakash, Cluster Head – Jharkhand and North East Region, AMFI, who delivered an engaging and informative presentation, addressing students’ queries and emphasizing the importance of informed financial decision-making.
