UditVani, Jamshedpur : 122 students of Junior School of JUSCO School South Park won prizes in XIX Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony.
The ceremony commenced with an obeservance of silence as a mark of respect and homage to the Former Chief Minister Shri Shibu Soren ji . This was followed by the lighting of the ceremonial lamp alongwith welcome shlokas performed by the students.
The Chief Guest, Mr Ashish Kumar Pandey , District Superintendent of Education, East Singhbhum graced the occasion and felicitated the students with trophies. In his inspirational speech, the Chief Guest congratulated appreciated the school’s efforts in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for early learners.He said that parents must tap the potential of their child because every child is unique.
Mr Jiju Thomas,Senior Manager, JEM Foundation ,Principals & Vice Principal of JEM Schools were present for the event.
Mrs.Mili Sinha, (Principal )in her welcome address,highlighted the importance of nurturing young talent and emphasized on the school’s commitment to holistic education.
The highlight of the event was Welcome Dance ” Heal the World” , Dance drama on the theme ,”Sitare Zameen Pe” and Happiness-Rhythm of Joy .
The students were felicitated in various categories such as Scholastic Excellence, All-Round Performance & Discipline.
P Harshini of Std IV B and Shristi Pathak of Std IV A were declared as the Overall All Rounder winner in Junior School.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, followed by the National Anthem.”
