Jamshedpur: The case of gang -raping a minor girl under Sonari police station has come to light.
As soon as the complaint of the case reached the police, the police have also arrested the accused in the incident under the leadership of the police station in -charge.
Action is being taken by the Sonari police by registering a case under the POSCO Act against the accused.
The incident is of an under -construction building. The incident took place after 10 pm in Sonari’s Khuntadih . Both of them called the minor there.
The arrested accused include Monu Kumar and Rahul Tandi from Sonari’s Rupnagar slum. After the incident, the police have arrested both of them and during interrogation, both have also accepted the crime.
The minor girl is a resident of Bagunhatu block number 6 in Bardih Colony Bagunhatu Block No. 6 of Sidgowda police station area.
It is being told that Monu and Rahul called the minor girl on last night. After this, both of them tore clothes and made her naked and then gangraped her.
During interrogation about Monu, the police came to know that he is an autorickshaw driver. Monu and Rahul already knew the minor girl.
The minor did not know that both were going to do this activity with her.
The police nabbed both of them late last night.
Sonari police became alert as soon as the incident reached the police station and raided and arrested both of them late in the night.
The police have registered a case under the POSCO Act on the victim’s statement against both of them and sent them to jail today.
At the same time, the police got the minor girl’s medical done. She is also preparing to give her statement in the court.
