
UditVani, Jamshedpur : XLRI has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Centific Global Technologies, marking a significant step toward strengthening industry–academia collaboration in Artificial Intelligence and AI-driven business strategy.
The MoU was signed by Prof. Kanagaraj Ayyalusamy, Convenor – Corporate Relations and Placements at XLRI, and Lakshmi Narasimhan Rangachari, General Manager – India, along with Pooja Michael Anthony, Global Head – Workforce Solutions and Talent, representing Centific.
The partnership underscores a shared commitment to nurturing future-ready talent and accelerating innovation at the intersection of management education and advanced technologies.
The alliance will establish a comprehensive framework for collaboration across research, consulting, executive education, academic engagement, and talent development.
It is designed to provide XLRI students and faculty with opportunities to engage with global industry leaders and address real-world challenges in the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.
Key initiatives under the partnership will include guest lectures and CXO interactions, development of industry-focused case studies, customized executive training programs, structured campus engagement, and seminars and workshops on emerging technologies and innovation.
The MoU signing was witnessed by Prof. Rahul Shukla, Chairperson – Admissions, Prof. Harshit Kumar Singh, and Prof. Farheen Fathima Shaik from XLRI, along with Titli Banerjee, Outreach Lead at Centific.
The event was coordinated by Himanshu Shekhar, Senior Manager, XLRI Jamshedpur.
