
UditVani, Jamshedpur : East Singhbhum Deputy Commissioner Karn Satyarthi visited Dolmabera village under Forest Block Panchayat in Musabani and held a direct interaction with villagers to understand their concerns.
The villagers welcomed him in a traditional manner, following which he sat on the ground with residents from surrounding hamlets and assured them of timely redressal.
Key issues raised included lack of ambulance services for patients and pregnant women, poor mobile connectivity, and delays in issuing caste certificates.
The Deputy Commissioner assured that an ambulance would be provided through HCL’s CSR funds, instructed officials to initiate steps for a mobile tower, and ordered action against delays in certificate issuance.
He also interacted with two orphan children and encouraged their enrolment under the government sponsorship scheme for better education.
Other demands such as a mini Anganwadi, road construction, and development of Dolmabera waterfall as a tourist spot were noted.
The Deputy Commissioner assured villagers of all possible support.
