UditVani, Jamshedpur : The Rotary Club of Jamshedpur Steel City donated tricycles to two underprivileged Divyaang persons in Azad Nagar, Mango, under its Divyaang Project, bringing much-needed mobility and relief to the beneficiaries.
The recipients, Md Abrar Alam and Md Imteyaaz, both polio-affected and in severe need of assistance, had been facing great difficulty in moving around.
They expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Rotary Club, stating that the tricycles would significantly improve their daily mobility and quality of life.
The beneficiaries were identified by Human Welfare Trust, a highly active social organisation in Azad Nagar.
The tricycle handover ceremony was organised by the Trust under the leadership of Mukhtar Khan.
The Rotary Club of Jamshedpur Steel City was represented by its President Rtn Krishna Kumar Kharia and Secretary Rtn Jitesh Kumar, while Rtn Udit Agarwal played a key role in the successful execution of the project.
The event was attended by several senior and respected members of the local community.
