UditVani, Jamshedpur : A distinctive blend of tradition and scientific reasoning is at the heart of astrology education in Jamshedpur, where a premier astrology institute has carved a unique identity by teaching astrology, palmistry and Vastu strictly through science-based principles and structured formulas-an approach claimed to be unmatched by any other institution or university in India.
The Centre of Astrological Study and Research for Public Welfare, the only astrology education institute of its kind in Jharkhand, is set to organise the 32nd Asian Astrology Conference from January 30 to February 1, at Hotel Kannelite in Sakchi.
The three-day international conference is expected to place Jamshedpur firmly on the Asian astrology map.
Renowned astrologers and scholars from various Indian states, along with international delegates from Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Thailand and Australia, will participate in the conference, adding global stature and intellectual depth to the event.
A major highlight of the conference will be the release of a new book on Spiritual Astrology, designed to help professional astrologers achieve greater success in their practice.
The book forms part of the institute’s specialised curriculum, which integrates astrology with scientific thought and spiritual insight.
Notably, the institute has earlier published two acclaimed works—Planetary Transit Manual and Palmistry Sanjeevani. Together, these three publications are considered highly beneficial for astrologers aligned with modern scientific and analytical approaches.
The inaugural ceremony on the first day will be graced by former Bihar minister Dr Alok Ranjan as the chief guest. On the second day, Potka MLA Sanjib Sardar will attend as the chief guest, while Dr Alok Ranjan will once again preside as chief guest during the valedictory ceremony on the third day.
Details of the conference were shared during a press interaction attended by Prof. S.K. Shastri, Narendra Kumar, Dr Tapan Ray, Rajesh Bharti, and Narad Mani Nyupane from Nepal, all of whom underlined the conference’s role in promoting scientifically structured astrology for public welfare.
With its emphasis on research, science-based learning and international collaboration, the conference is poised to be a landmark event for contemporary astrology in India and beyond.
