UditVani, Jamshedpur: Steel City witnessed a meaningful convergence of skill development and healthcare excellence as the District Skill Officer, East Singhbhum, visited Spand Multi-Speciality Hospital to interact with candidates trained under the Mukhymantri Sarthi Yojna.
