UditVani, Jamshedpur : Acting on the orders of the Jamshedpur Civil Court, the Nirmal Guest House located near Centre for Excellence in Bistupur, and operated under the Jharkhand government’s Water Resources Department (Subarnarekha Multipurpose Project), has been sealed for non-payment of outstanding dues amounting to Rs 3.16 crore.
The enforcement action was carried out following directives issued by Civil Judge (Division-I) Abhishek Prasad.
Police personnel were deployed at the site during the sealing process, and official notices along with seal papers were pasted at the entrance of the guest house.
The court’s stringent action comes in response to the prolonged failure to clear the pending amount, prompting legal execution and sealing of the government-run facility.
