UditVani, Jamshedpur: Naval Tata Hockey Academy (NTHA) has marked a proud milestone as two of its standout cadets have secured coveted Central Government appointments through the sports quota — a testament to the Academy’s discipline, excellence, and player development.
Abdul Quadir has been selected for the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), one of India’s premier security forces entrusted with safeguarding key national assets. His achievement reflects years of focused training, physical grit, and tactical discipline honed at NTHA.

In parallel, Tushar Parmar has earned placement in the Indian Army, an institution symbolising courage, duty, and national service. His selection highlights his resilience, competitive spirit, and high sporting proficiency — hallmarks of NTHA’s ethos.
These dual successes reinforce NTHA’s mission to shape young athletes not only into elite hockey players but also responsible citizens ready to serve the nation with honour. Their achievements set an inspiring benchmark, showcasing how sports can unlock life-changing opportunities and shape future leaders of India.
