UditVani, Jamshedpur : The Shri Shri Durga Puja Committee of Durga Haat Market, Chhota Govindpur, Jamshedpur, today inaugurated its magnificent Durga Puja Pandal in a ceremonious event marked by grandeur and devotion.
The festivities were graced by Deepika Singh Pandey, Minister of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, Jharkhand, as the Chief Guest, and Hon’ble M Mangal Kalindi, MLA of Jugsalai, as the Guest of Honour.
Addressing the gathering, Minister Deepika Singh Pandey conveyed her heartfelt wishes for the well-being, prosperity, and peace of all citizens and extended warm greetings on the auspicious occasion of Durga Puja.
The event also saw the presence of prominent dignitaries, including District Council President Bari Murmu, Vice President Pankaj Sinha, Former President Rajkumar Singh, Council Member Dr. Paritosh Singh, senior Congress leaders Ashok Chaudhary, Vijay Yadav, Vijay Khan, senior BJP leader Babua Singh, along with central committee representatives Bhupendra Singh, Dharmendra Prasad, and Gautam Prasad.
This year’s Pandal is particularly captivating, featuring a Gautam Buddha-inspired theme, reflecting the ideals of peace, patience, and non-violence.
Celebrating its 57th annual festival in 2025, the committee has witnessed enthusiastic participation from devotees and local residents alike.
The Shri Shri Durga Puja Committee members welcomed all visitors to experience the spiritual fervor, partake in the worship, and seek the blessings of Maa Durga with family and friends.
