UditVani, Jamshedpur : Richa Singh, Head Combi Mill at Tata Steel, has been recognised with the ISA Gender Diversity Award and the ISA Gender Diversity Icon Award 2025 for her outstanding leadership in advancing inclusion and gender diversity in the steel industry.
Presented by the Indian Steel Association (ISA), the awards honour individuals driving diversity, particularly for women and transgender professionals, while promoting inclusive workplaces, community engagement, and sustainable industry practices.
The awards were conferred by Union Minister of State for Heavy Industries and Steel, Mr. Bhupathi Raju Srinivasa Varma.
Tata Steel’s commitment to building an equitable workforce is further strengthened by this recognition, underscoring its role as a leader in shaping a diverse and inclusive steel sector.
