UditVani, Jamshedpur : In a proactive step to resolve public grievances at the grassroots level, East Singhbhum district administration has announced the launch of a Weekly Grievance Redressal Day at the block and circle levels.
Acting on the directive of Deputy Commissioner Karan Satyarthi, the initiative aims to provide rural citizens a convenient platform to address their issues without needing to travel to the district headquarters.
As per the new arrangement, designated officers will be present at their respective blocks on fixed days every week to hear and promptly resolve complaints raised by the residents. The goal is to ensure quicker redressal and improved accessibility of administrative services.

Bodam – Wednesday
Musabani – Wednesday
Ghatshila – Thursday
Potka – Friday
Baharagora – Thursday
Dumaria – Wednesday
Patamda – Monday
Ghurabandha – Friday
Chakulia – Tuesday
Dhalbhumgarh – Wednesday
Jamshedpur – Friday
The district administration has urged citizens to take advantage of the weekly opportunity by visiting their respective block offices on the assigned day to register their grievances. This initiative is expected to bring efficiency, transparency, and greater public satisfaction in administrative services.
