Over 60 individuals presented their grievances to the Deputy Commissioner. Key issues raised included the demand for the release of a second list of chowkidars, strengthening of health services at MGM Hospital, land disputes, pension-related problems, illegal encroachments, road blockages due to unauthorized construction, BPL student admissions in private schools, failure of land measurement by the revenue staff despite orders, requests for block transfers, and school fee waivers, among others.
DC Satyarthi attentively listened to all complaints and issued clear directives to concerned departmental officials for prompt and impartial action. He emphasized that every issue must be resolved within a stipulated timeframe.
Speaking on the occasion, he stated that Public Grievance Redressal Day serves as a vital platform for direct communication between citizens and the administration.
