UditVani, Jamshedpur : The city of Jamshedpur is all set to relive one of its most awaited traditions with the return of the 46th edition of the MAXI Fair on January 17 and 18 at the XLRI Football Ground.
Recognised as the Steel City’s longest-running cultural festival, the fair once again promises two days of colour, creativity and collective celebration.
Anchored around the theme “Marketing Manoranjan,” this year’s MAXI Fair blends entertainment with expression, drawing inspiration from cinema, music and popular culture.
The theme mirrors the spirit of Jamshedpur itself—a city rooted in industry yet enriched by a strong sense of community and shared joy.
The fair will unfold through a series of engaging competitions spread across both days.
Participants across age groups will take centre stage in events such as MasterChef Jamshedpur, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Jamshedpur, Fancy Dress, Art Attack, Dance Mania, Bollywood Trivia, and the much-loved Mr. & Ms. Jamshedpur contest.
Complementing these activities, the all-day Mela Zone will offer food stalls, games and leisure attractions for families and visitors.
Evenings will transform the venue into a musical arena, with popular playback singer Neeraj Sridhar performing live on January 17, followed by renowned singer Mohit Chauhan on January 18.
Both celebrity nights will begin at 7.30 pm at the XLRI Football Ground.
With its rich mix of talent, entertainment and community participation, the MAXI Fair continues to be more than an event -it remains a celebration that brings Jamshedpur together year after year.
