UditVani, Jamshedpur: Anurag Foundation continues to reaffirm its unwavering commitment to children battling Thalassemia through sustained medical support and regular health initiatives.
Established in 2002, the organization is currently supporting over 85 registered children in and around Jamshedpur, providing free blood transfusions, essential medicines, and comprehensive care.
In line with its ongoing efforts, the Foundation organized a health check-up camp on April 25, 2026, at AIWC.
The camp was conducted by noted hematologist Dr. Prashant Choudhury from Kolkata, a long-time associate of the Foundation.
He regularly visits Jamshedpur to assess blood reports, monitor patients’ progress, and offer expert medical guidance to both children and their families.
The Foundation expressed sincere gratitude to AIWC for its continued support and for providing the venue for the camp.
The event witnessed the presence of President Vijaylaxmi Das along with key members including Mrudula Raje, Navita Prasad, Harsha Godbole, Prachi Raje, Anjala Joshi, Ashwini Joshi, Sarala Rao, Rajeshwari, Rinku, and others.
Their collective presence underscored the Foundation’s enduring dedication to ensuring better health, care, and hope for every child under its wing.
