Delivering the inaugural address, Prof. Tanusree Dutta, Dean (Academics) at IIM Ranchi, emphasized the institute’s commitment to fostering academic excellence and social impact.
She underscored the importance of innovation, policy support, and community-driven solutions in empowering tribal entrepreneurs.
The conclave featured thought-provoking panel discussions, moderated by Prof. Priya Premi, IIM Ranchi, and Prof. Raveesh Krishnankutty, IIM Ranchi.
These discussions explored key themes such as sustainable business models, financial inclusion, governance structures, and digital innovation in tribal enterprises.

The event concluded with an engaging question & answers session, followed by the felicitation of speakers.
