Udit Vani, Jamshedpur : Congress candidate from Mahagama seat Deepika Pandey Singh, JMM’s Mithilesh Thakur from Garhwa and JD( U) ‘s Gopal Krishna Patar , popularly known as Raja Peter from Tamar seat were trailing behind in their respective seats after different rounds of counting.
All the three candidates has Jamshedpur connection as they had spent their earlier days here in steel city.
Mahagama (18) after 11 rounds
Ashok Kumar (BJP) : 47,489 votes
Deepika Pandey Singh (Congress) : 48231 votes.
Deepika Pandey is leading by 742 votes. Counting in Mahagama seat will continue till 23 rounds
Tamar ( 58) after 13 rounds
Vikas Kumar Munda (JMM ) : 48,942 votes
Gopal Krishna Patar ( JD-U) : 27,768 votes
Gopal Krishna Patra trails by 21,174 votes. Counting will continue till 19 rounds
Garhwa (80) after 12 rounds
Satyendra Nath Tiwari (BJP) : 75,386 votes
Mithilesh Kumar Thakur ( JMM) : 58,727 votes
Mithilesh Kumar Thakur trails by 16,659 votes. Counting will continue till 23 rounds
