A rigorous two-day professional development program concluded on April 21, 2026, aimed at mastering the National Curriculum Framework for School Education (NCF-SE) 2023.
Mastering Competencies and Learning Outcomes
The intensive workshop, titled “Understanding Key Competencies and Learning Outcomes,” was led by Dr. Chiranjit Nath, a distinguished faculty member at the Jharkhand Council of Educational Research and Training (JCERT) and a CENTA associate. The program delivered 14 hours of high-impact training designed to bridge the gap between academic research and daily classroom practice.

Dr. Nath, an active educational researcher and expert in assessment design, utilized his expertise to equip teachers with the tools necessary to implement Competency-Based Education (CBE). During the session, he emphasized:
