
Udit Vani, Delhi: XLRI Delhi-NCR successfully held its 5th Annual Convocation at its campus, marking a significant milestone in the academic journey of its students. The ceremony celebrated the graduation of 207 students, including 178 from the Business Management (BM) program and 30 from the Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Venture Development (IEV) program.

The convocation ceremony brought together students, faculty members, institutional leaders, and families to formally confer degrees upon the graduating cohort. The event reflected the institution’s continued commitment to academic excellence, industry engagement, and the development of responsible future leaders.
Chief Guest Address Highlights Leadership and Values
The ceremony was graced by Suresh Narayanan, Former Chairman and Managing Director of Nestlé India, who attended as the Chief Guest and Convocation Speaker.
In his address, he shared insights on leadership, resilience, and ethical decision-making. He encouraged graduates to maintain strong values while navigating a complex global business environment. Emphasizing the importance of inner fulfillment over external success, he drew inspiration from Kabir, highlighting the need for simplicity, self-awareness, and balance in life and career.
Strong Placement Outcomes for Class of 2024–26
The graduating cohort benefited from impressive placement results across XLRI campuses. A total of 145 recruiters, including 25 new organisations, participated in the placement season, offering more than 576 domestic roles and 2 international opportunities.
The average salary stood at INR 31.40 lakh per annum, with a median salary of INR 29 lakh per annum. The highest international offer reached INR 1.10 crore. Additionally, 42.5 percent of students secured Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs), indicating strong industry confidence in XLRI graduates.
Top Recruiters and Domains
Recruitment was driven by key sectors such as Consulting, BFSI, and Sales & Marketing. Prominent companies including Accenture, Amazon, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Hindustan Unilever, ITC Limited, PwC, and Kotak Mahindra Bank played a major role in recruitment.

Speaking on the occasion, Fr Nelson A D Silva, Acting Director of XLRI Delhi-NCR, stated that convocation marks not just the completion of academic learning but the beginning of a lifelong journey of responsibility and purpose.
