
UditVani, Jamshedpur : Tata Steel Sports Department today unveiled the official event T-shirt and detailed route maps for all race categories ahead of the 10th edition of the Tata Steel Jamshedpur Half Marathon, scheduled for November 30, 2025, at the JRD Tata Sports Complex.
Present on the occasion were D. B. Sundara Ramam, Vice President, Corporate Services, Tata Steel, along with Mukul Vinayak Chaudhary, Chief, Sports, Tata Steel. The route maps for the 21K (Half Marathon), 10K, 5K and 2K runs were showcased as the city gears up for one of its most anticipated annual sporting events.
Addressing the media, D. B. Sundara Ramam emphasised the rising fitness culture in Jamshedpur and highlighted how the marathon has grown over the years into a symbol of unity, health and community pride.
In the run-up to the event, the Tata Steel Sports Department organised the SHE-Run on November 15, with 50 women runners participating—an encouraging step toward fostering inclusivity in sports. A dedicated hydration and nutrition workshop was also held on November 19, led by Dr. Vibha Acharya, Sports Nutritionist, High Performance Centre, Tata Steel Foundation, to guide participants on pre- and post-race preparation.
This year’s milestone edition carries the theme “Dil Se Daud for Jamshedpur,” marking a decade of passion, pride, and collective community spirit. With a prize purse of ₹9.2 lakh, top performers across all categories will be awarded for their endurance and excellence.
