UditVani, Jamshedpur: In a prompt and well-coordinated operation, the Jamshedpur police successfully rescued Kairav Gandhi and reunited him safely with his family in the early hours of Tuesday at around 4.30 a.m.
Kairav was handed over to his family at their residence, bringing immense relief to the family after a period of acute anxiety.
Following his safe return, the family expressed heartfelt gratitude to the police and district administration for their tireless efforts.
Speaking on the matter, City SP Shivashish Kumar said the case was treated with the highest priority from the very beginning due to its sensitive nature.
Immediately on receiving information, multiple special teams were constituted to conduct technical surveillance, identify possible locations, and carry out continuous field operations.
He emphasized that timely decision-making and seamless teamwork were instrumental in ensuring Kairav Gandhi’s safe recovery.
Kairav’s father, Devang Gandhi, also extended his sincere thanks to the local police and the Jharkhand Police for their unwavering support.
He noted that senior police officials remained in constant touch with the family throughout the ordeal, providing regular updates and reassurance, which helped them remain confident that their son would return home safely.
According to police officials, the operation was carried out under the able leadership of the SSP, with the City SP and Rural SP working in close coordination.
Multiple teams from the Jharkhand Police, along with local units, worked round the clock, acting on technical evidence, credible inputs, and ground-level intelligence.
Their vigilance and sustained efforts ensured the mission was completed successfully without any untoward incident.
