
Udit Vani, Jamshedpur:At the Public Grievance Redressal Day held at the district collectorate on Tuesday, Deputy Commissioner Karn Satyarthi met citizens from various urban and rural areas and listened in detail to their issues, suggestions, and demands.
During the session, applications were submitted regarding pension approval, domestic harassment, shop allotment, road obstruction, land disputes, forcible installation of mobile towers in rural areas, demand for space to open a Did i Café, medical assistance, encroachment on raiyati land, benefits under the Abua Awas Yojana, employment-related concerns, payment of pending wages, matters related to the Parshuram Bhawan, and requests for e-tricycles, among several other grievances.
The Deputy Commissioner forwarded all applications to the concerned departments and officials, directing them to ensure necessary and transparent action within the prescribed timeframe. He emphasized that resolving citizens’ issues is a top administrative priority.
He further instructed officials to ensure that no application remains pending and that each case is handled promptly with quality and accountability.
Special monitoring was ordered for sensitive matters, with a focus on delivering concrete results at the earliest.
