UditVani, Jamshedpur : The Rhetoric Club of Little Flower School organized an enriching and interactive session with Radio City’s acclaimed RJ Manoj, under the guidance of teacher moderators Miss Charmaine Xavier and Miss Gracy Paul. RJ Manoj, a celebrated voice in the radio industry, is widely recognized for his exceptional work in broadcasting and has received multiple awards for excellence in radio journalism and his outstanding contribution to youth communication platforms.

Addressing a hall full of eager students, RJ Manoj shared his personal journey—from being an extremely shy child to becoming one of the most engaging radio presenters today. He spoke about his humble beginnings and how curiosity and persistence helped him discover his true potential beyond academic expectations.
In an impassioned talk, he emphasized the power of manifestation, explaining that dreams begin to take shape only when one truly believes in them. He noted that stage fear often stems from underconfidence, which arises from a lack of preparation and knowledge, urging students to read, research, and rehearse to strengthen their conviction and voice.

The session covered vital themes such as public speaking, voice modulation, audience engagement, confidence-building techniques, and career opportunities in radio journalism. Throughout his address, RJ Manoj reminded students that success is not defined by a fixed plan but by the courage to seize every opportunity that comes their way. He shared that he never envisioned becoming an RJ but embraced each chance life offered, allowing destiny to shape his path.
The event concluded with an engaging question-and-answer segment, where students received practical advice, real-life strategies, and heartfelt encouragement. Many left inspired, motivated to step beyond their comfort zones, and more confident in pursuing their dreams.

His message resonated deeply, especially his memorable words:
*“Sapne ussi ke poore hote hain, jo sapne dekhne ki himmat rakhta hai.”*
The session proved to be a truly transformative experience, leaving a lasting impact on the young speakers and future leaders of Little Flower School, shaping their outlook on courage, discipline, and self-growth.
