Udit Vani, Jamshedpur : XLRI – Xavier School of Management, one of India’s premier B-schools, has launched two new hybrid programs tailored for working professionals: Public Policy and Sustainable Leadership (PPSL) and Public Human Resource Management (PHRM).
Developed in collaboration with the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Government of India, these one-year programs are open to professionals from civil services, corporates, NGOs, and development sectors.
Classes will begin on July 28, and the last date to apply is June 30. The PPSL course includes six modules of 30 hours each, while the PHRM course comprises three modules of 60 hours each—totaling 180 hours of academic engagement.
The programs will follow a hybrid model with weekend online classes and two campus residencies.
XLRI aims to nurture leaders with administrative acumen, ethical values, and a socially inclusive outlook through these offerings.
