UditVani, Jamshedpur: Tata Motors launched an App Based ‘Town Complaint Management System’ on Tuesday for the residents of Telco Colony.
A host of features are accessible through this App, thereby, making the township more appealing for residents of colony. Residents can also upload photos for quick action on any issue.
The issues will be addressed by Town Administration Office, Tata Motors.
The app offers a comprehensive range of features tailored to meet the unique requirements of the colony. Residents can easily connect with their neighbours, report maintenance issues, receive important announcements, access township resources and engage in social activities through the user-friendly interface. The app also empowers township administrators with efficient task management tools, streamlined communication channels and transparent administration capabilities.
The App is developed by SocioHood Technologies Private Limited, a leading provider of township management solutions. It will be a milestone for both Tata Motors and SocioHood as they collaborate to transform the township living experience. It will also reflects a shared vision of leveraging technology to enhance the quality of life for residents.
In order to support the initiative of Segregation of Waste at Source, Tata Cummins provided 9000+ dustbins to the Town Administration team for distribution to the residents.
The app was launched on Tuesday morning by Ravindra Kulkarni, Plant Head, Tata Motors Jamshedpur opposite the Town Administration Office.
