UditVani, Jamshedpur: The Current Hospital Management System (HMS) of Tata Main Hospital (TMH) and 9 Jamshedpur clinics are transitioning to “SMART Healthcare Platform” from 6th February 2023.
To enable the transition, there will be a system blackout from 10.00 PM of 4th February 2023 to 8.00 PM of 5th February 2023 resulting in unavailability of HMS for users in the hospital and TMH Vishwas for all patient services.
While all emergency services will continue as usual, all TMH Clinics (functional on Sundays) will be functioning without online bookings and will cater to all walk-in patients with manual prescriptions.
The TMH PRIME operations will remain suspended on 5th February 2023. All emergency services will continue as usual and inpatient care will not be impacted.
Post the launch of the new “SMART Healthcare Platform” at 8 PM of 5th February 2023, there could be certain delays in delivery of services or constraints in OPD appointments during the initial few days.
All doctors and healthcare personnel have been trained on the new platform. The rollout will not impact patient care of admitted patients.
All users of TMH Vishwas in Jamshedpur will be redirected to the new platform (while using TMH Vishwas) and the new platform will be available for download from Play Store or Apple Store.
