
UditVani, Jamshedpur: Jharkhand is experiencing generally stable weather as per the latest ‘Realised Weather Report’ issued by the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Ranchi.
Data from Birsa Munda Airport and automated weather stations across the state indicate calm conditions with no rainfall recorded anywhere in the past 24 hours.
According to the report, Ranchi registered a maximum temperature of 32.2°C and a minimum of 17.6°C, both close to normal for this time of year.
Jamshedpur recorded a warmer day with a maximum of 32.0°C, while Daltonganj remained among the hottest at 32.4°C.
Across districts, temperatures showed marginal rises of 0.3°C to 1.8°C, reflecting a slight warming trend during the day.
Night temperatures remained cool, especially in higher terrain and forested zones.
The lowest minimum temperature was reported from Gumla AWS at 12.6°C, pointing to mild winter conditions setting in.
Visibility remained good across most regions, with Jamshedpur reporting the state’s lowest at 2000 meters, still within safe limits.
Meteorologists note that the absence of rain and stable temperatures are typical for early November in Jharkhand, as the season gradually transitions toward winter.
Clear skies, light winds and comfortable evenings are expected to continue over the next few days.
