<p>The meeting commenced at 10 a.m. and continued for nearly two and a half hours, reflecting a renewed sense of urgency in reaching a consensus.</p>
<p>Senior officials from the management, including CHRO Zubin Palia and Chief Rahul Dubey, participated in the discussions.</p>
<p>Representing the union were President Sanjeev Chaudhary, General Secretary Satish Singh, and Deputy President Shailesh Singh.</p>
<p>According to sources, both sides are closely reviewing previous grade revision agreements to assess the extent of past increments and the criteria used for determining them.</p>
