Leading the achievers, Mukul Mahato emerged as the Jamshedpur topper with an exceptional 99.96 percentile, securing an impressive All India Rank (AIR) of 620.

His remarkable feat has set a high benchmark for aspiring engineers across the region.

Sarthak Singh followed closely, clinching the second position in the city with a 99.928 percentile and an AIR of 1222.

Abhinav Aditya secured the third spot with a commendable 99.79 percentile, further underscoring the city’s strong academic culture.

Among other notable performers, Ayan Singh stood fourth with an AIR of 4446, while Pranshu Verma ranked fifth with a 99.721 percentile and AIR 4563.

Soham Dolu (AIR 5363), Akshat Agarwal (99.606 percentile, AIR 6421), Karan Yadav (99.60 percentile, AIR 6430), Pratyush Mishra (AIR 7637), and Naman Agarwal (AIR 7771) completed the city’s top ten list, reflecting a highly competitive environment.

In a significant boost for the city, as many as 540 candidates from Jamshedpur have qualified for JEE Advanced this year, highlighting the region’s robust academic ecosystem and the students’ relentless dedication.

The NTA also announced the category-wise cut-offs, with the general category set at 93.41 percentile, followed by 82.41 for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), 80.92 for Other Backward Classes (OBC), 63.91 for Scheduled Castes (SC), and 52.01 for Scheduled Tribes (ST).
Successful candidates credited their achievements to disciplined study routines, consistent practice, and the guidance of teachers and mentors.

Looking ahead, the focus now shifts to JEE Advanced 2026, which will be conducted by IIT Roorkee on May 17.

Registration for eligible candidates will begin on April 23 and continue until May 2, with fee payment open till May 4. Admit cards will be available from May 11, and the final results are scheduled to be declared on June 1.

With aspirations set on securing seats in the prestigious IITs, Jamshedpur’s young achievers are now gearing up for the next and most decisive phase of their academic journey.

समारोह का शुभारंभ छात्र परिषद के नवनिवार्तित सदस्यों—काउंसिलर्स, कैप्टन्स एवं वाइस-कैप्टन्स—की एक गरिमामयी शोभायात्रा के साथ हुआ. इसका नेतृत्व विद्यालय की प्राचार्या श्रीमती चरणजीत ओहसन ने किया. इस दौरान फादर ऑस्कर होरो, उप-प्राचार्य रेश्मा रोड्रिग्स व ज़ीनत मारिया सुंडी, मॉडरेटर कोलीन ज़ेवियर और निवर्तमान हेड बॉय व हेड गर्ल भी उपस्थित रहे.

प्रार्थना और पदभार ग्रहण

प्राचार्या द्वारा प्रार्थना के साथ कार्यक्रम का आरंभ हुआ. इसके बाद कक्षा 11-A के गौरव महतो को छात्र परिषद अध्यक्ष (School Council President) के रूप में बैज और सैश प्रदान किए गए. साथ ही कक्षा 10 के हेड बॉय और हेड गर्ल को भी सम्मानित किया गया. समारोह में कक्षा 1 से लेकर वरिष्ठ कक्षाओं के प्रतिनिधियों और हाउस कैप्टन्स को उनकी भूमिका के अनुरूप उत्तरदायित्व सौंपे गए.

The ceremony opened with a prayer led by the Principal, invoking divine guidance for the newly elected council.

A melodious prayer song followed, creating an atmosphere of reflection and spiritual grounding—reinforcing that true leadership is rooted in humility and service.

The formal investiture commenced with the conferring of badges and sashes upon the School Council President, Gaurav Mahato of Class XI A, along with the Head Boy and Head Girl of Class X.
