UditVani, Jamshedpur : Jamshedpur FC Reserves are primed for a high-stakes encounter as they prepare to take on Mohun Bagan Super Giant Reserves in the semifinal of the Reliance Foundation Development League (RFDL) 2024-25. The match will kick off at 8 am on April 10 at the Reliance Corporate Park in Navi Mumbai.
Having topped Group A with 10 points from five matches, Jamshedpur FC have looked sharp under head coach Kaizad Ambapardiwalla, combining attacking flair with tactical discipline.
Their journey to the semifinals included convincing victories over East Bengal FC, Kickstart FC, and NorthEast United FC.
Their opponents, Mohun Bagan SG, finished second in Group B and bring their own momentum into the knockout stage. With both teams boasting attacking prowess and youthful energy, the semifinal promises to be a thrilling contest with a spot in the National Championship final at stake.
Coach Ambapardiwalla spoke with respect for the opposition, stating, “Mohun Bagan are a quality team with good depth and experience. It’s going to be a high-intensity game, and we’ll need to be at our best tactically and mentally. We respect them, but we’re focused on our strengths.”
