UditVani, Jamshedpur: The Entrepreneurship & Innovation Vertical of Young Indians (Yi) Jamshedpur, in association with NYKS, conducted an immersive and impactful entrepreneurship session for 132 exchange students from Kashmir.
The session opened with Shraddha Rajeev Agarwal, Innovation Vertical Chair, leading an engaging Golf Ball Exercise on time management and life priorities, followed by an insightful Value Proposition of Life activity.
Through this, students were able to craft their individual purpose statements, helping them define their goals and aspirations.
Following this, Vivek Debuka, Chair, Entrepreneurship Vertical, conducted a dynamic session on entrepreneurship, its importance, and the mindset required to become an entrepreneur.
A practical Empathy Map exercise was then introduced, where students brainstormed solutions for waste management and revenue generation. Teams collaborated, refined ideas, and presented real-world business solutions to address the issue.
The impact of the session was profound, with students expressing that this was “the most practical learning exercise of their lives,” even after years of formal education. The event highlighted the power of experiential learning in shaping future entrepreneurs.
