UditVani, Jamshedpur: The sixth edition of Johar Haat, a weeklong exhibition organised by Tata Steel Foundation, is being held from June 14 to 21, 2023 at Prakriti Vihar in Kadma. In this month’s exhibition, entrepreneurs from 4 states across India, representing over 6 tribes will be participating.
This month, the exhibition will be based on the theme: ‘Crafting Sustainability: Celebrating World Environment Day through Handicraft’. Visitors will be able to experience this theme through the décor of the exhibition as well as through various products, cuisines, and performances. The theme is specifically designed in line with the World Environment Day, which was celebrated on June 5.
Johar Haat was conceptualised to create a dedicated space for exhibiting the art, craft, cuisine, and culture of tribes across India through a week-long exhibition every month. The first edition of Johar Haat was organised in January this year.
