School Admission: List to be declared today, This School Will Be the First to Release It

UditVani, Jamshepdur: Private Schools in Jamshedpur (ICSE and CBSE board) will declare 2025-26 academic year admission results of the nursery and LKG classes on Saturday, January 18. The process of admission through lottery had commenced in Sep 2024 and following four months of exercise the schools have readied the results for declaration through both online and offline mode.

Results would be put up on the school notice board between 6 am and 12 pm and at the same time the result would declared on the school website.

Rajendra Vidyalaya Sakchi will be the first to release the list of children. The school will upload the list of selected children on its website at 6 a.m. and will also display it on the notice board. The last to release the list will be DBMS English School Kadma, Hilltop Telco, and Vivek Vidyalaya Govindpur. These schools will release their lists between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m.

Following this, parents will receive all information regarding admissions and fees.
From January 20th (Monday), the parents of the selected children will start visiting the schools for admission.

More than 70,000 admission forms have been submitted for 10,500 seats in 65 unaided private English medium schools in the steel city. Schools have issued forms five to seven times more than the total seats that are up for the new admission.

Many parents have applied in four to five schools.

The lottery process for admissions in private schools across the city, started on January 4 which will continue until January 16 according to the scheduled dates.

All schools have been asked to provide detailed documentation of the lottery process, including video recordings and lottery software details.
