Vinod Fernandes S.J., Fr. Victor welcomed and felicitated the Chief Guest, Ananya Mittal, the District Commissioner of East Singhbhum.
The in-house celebrations, which kicked off a week earlier, included painting and poetry contests, with prizes awarded during the event. The festivities were further enriched by songs, video presentations, and dances performed by the students.
A quiz on St. Ignatius generated much enthusiasm from participants and the audience alike. An innovative skit illustrated how the 250-year-old legacy of St. Ignatius, passed down through Jesuit priests, continues to nurture and shape young minds, demonstrating that the pursuit of knowledge and service to others remains timeless.
The Chief Guest, Ananya Mittal, also released the Loyola magazine, which serves as a platform for Loyoleans to fulfill their creative urges and express their experiences, reflections, and perspectives.
