
UditVani, Jamshedpur: In a significant move aimed at supporting the well-being of its personnel, the Jharkhand Police has sanctioned a financial assistance of ₹1.67 crore from the Jharkhand Police Assistance and Welfare Fund.
This relief will benefit 622 police personnel and their immediate family members undergoing treatment for life-threatening illnesses.

The sanctioned amount will provide much-needed financial relief to police personnel who had applied for medical grants at the Police Headquarters for the treatment of serious ailments such as cancer, kidney transplants, and other major surgeries.
