UditVani, Jamshedpur: Deputy Commissioner of East Singhbhum Ananya Mittal today issued instructions to inspect the examination centers and ensure fair and successful conduct of the annual secondary and intermediate examination conducted by the Jharkhand Academic Council ( JAC).
The deputy commissioner asked ADM Law and Order Aniket Sachan, Sub -Divisional Officer of Dhalbhum, Shatabdi Mazumdar, SDO Ghatshila Sunil Chandra, LRDC Ghatshila Neet Nikhil Surin, LRDC Dhalbhum Gautam Kumar, all BDOs and COs to inspect the examination centers.
He said strict action will be ensured if a candidate is caught adopting any unfair means during the surprise inspection.
Static, patrolling magistrate and police officer deputed for the examination have also been directed to ensure misconduct and any malpractices free examination.
Notably, the annual secondary examination is being conducted from 9:45 am to 1:00 pm in the first shift, the Intermediate Examination (Arts, Science and Commerce) is being conducted from 2.00 pm to 5.15 pm in the second shift.
This year, 25380 candidates of the district are appearing in the 10th board examination and in intermediate examination – 13595 in the art faculty , 4697 in science and 3964 in commerce. In all 22,256 candidates are appearing in intermediate examination.
