UditVani, Jamshedpur / Ranchi : Chief minister Hemant Soren today rolled out the Abua Budget Portal and Mobile App.
This will enable experts and general public to give their suggestions regarding budget making for the financial year 2025-26. Those giving best three suggestions will be honoured.
The Chief Minister said the government has special focus on making the budget which promotes the interests of the general public along with sustainable, inclusive and all-round development of the state.
The Chief Minister laid emphasis on paying special attention to balanced development of all sectors and classes in Budget 2025-26.
” This is Abu’s government. Our government has a special focus on having a balanced budget that promotes sustainable, inclusive and all-round development of the state and promotes the welfare and interests of the people. Therefore, your suggestions, opinions and ideas regarding the budget for the financial year 2025-26 are very important for us, so that the better suggestions received from you can be included in the budget for the upcoming financial year 2025-26,” Soren said.
The Chief Minister said that the budget should be such that balanced development of all sectors can take place.
He laid special emphasis on the fact that in the upcoming budget, special care should be taken of the rural economy .
Along with this, provisions related to taking concrete steps towards revenue collection should also be included in the budget so that the schemes related to development and public welfare can be implemented in a better way. He said that special care should be taken of all sections in the budget.
The objective of “Abua Budget” portal and mobile app is to receive suggestions from experts and common people regarding the budget for the financial year 2025-26, so that the government can present a better and balanced budget.
In this direction, whatever suggestions/opinions and ideas are received regarding the budget, they will be analyzed in detail so that initiatives can be taken to include those suggestions in the budget which are suitable for the development of the state and its people.
In this regard, the people giving the three best suggestions will also be honored by the state government.
The last date for giving suggestions is till January 17.
On the occasion, Finance Minister Shri Radha Krishna Kishore, Urban Development Minister Sudivya Kumar, Chief Secretary Alka Tiwari, Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister Avinash Kumar, Special Secretary of Finance Department Amit Kumar, Budget Officer Chandrabhushan Prasad and OSD Budget Satyanarayan Prasad were also present.
