UditVani, Jamshedpur: XLRI Jamshedpur has announced the opening of admissions for the 2026–28 batch of its Blended PGDM programmes in Business Management, Human Resource Management and Finance, specially designed for working professionals who wish to pursue advanced management education without taking a break from their careers.
The AICTE-approved two-year, master’s level programmes combine live online classes with on-campus learning.
Sessions are conducted on weekday evenings and weekends, while participants are required to attend four one-week campus immersion modules at XLRI Jamshedpur during the course of the programme.
Now entering its fifth cohort, the XLRI Blended Learning initiative aims to provide rigorous academic training while offering flexibility to professionals across industries.
Speaking about the programme, Professor Giridhar Ramachandran, Associate Dean, XLRI Blended Learning Programs, said that the initiative reflects the institute’s effort to carry its academic legacy into the digital era.
“XLRI Blended Learning is our commitment to carry the XLRI ethos — rigour, values and relevance — into the digital era. Our learners may be remote, but their experience is deeply immersive and academically robust,” he said.
Founded in 1949 by the Society of Jesus, XLRI is regarded as the first business school of independent India and has, for over 75 years, produced leaders across industry and public life guided by its mission “For the Greater Good.”
