
UditVani, Jamshedpur : The State Handloom Expo-2025, organised by Jharcraft at Gopal Maidan, Bistupur from December 1 to 14, has brought together an impressive range of traditional handloom and handicraft products from across the country.
This year, the major highlight of the expo is Stall No. 110, set up by artisans from Jammu & Kashmir, showcasing the timeless elegance of Kashmiri handloom.

Artisans from Narwara and Rajekdal–Srinagar have put on display an exquisite collection of authentic Kashmiri textiles, including premium pashmina shawls, Kashmiri sarees and other intricately handcrafted garments.
The price range of the products varies from Rs 1,000 to Rs 2,50,000, reflecting the fine craftsmanship, delicate embroidery and heritage artistry of the region.
To enhance convenience for visitors, digital payment facilities have been made available at the stall, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free purchasing experience.
The expo, an initiative of Jharcraft, aims to promote indigenous textiles, support local and national artisans and preserve the country’s rich handicraft traditions.
The district administration has urged citizens to visit in large numbers and encourage the artisans by purchasing authentic handloom products.
