
UditVani, Jamshedpur : The Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), in collaboration with Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee (JNAC), will organise a Trade Licence Camp on November 20 to provide traders with a hassle-free, single-window facility for issuance and renewal of trade licences.
The camp will be held on Thursday, November 20, from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm at Dalda Line, in front of Textile Centre, Sakchi.
SCCI president Manav Kedia said the trade outfit is committed to easing business processes for local traders.
“This camp will significantly simplify the trade licence procedure, saving time and reducing inconvenience for the business community,” he said.
SCCI vice-president (Trade & Commerce) Anil Modi said many traders often face difficulties while applying for new licences or renewing existing ones.
“Through this camp, all essential services will be available at one place. We urge all traders to participate and make the most of this opportunity,” he added.
Traders attending the camp must bring the following documents:
1. Aadhaar and PAN cards
2. Rent agreement or electricity bill
SCCI secretary (Trade & Commerce) Bharat Makani said the Chamber has always prioritised trader-friendly initiatives, and the trade licence camp is another step in that direction.
He urged members and traders to avail the facility.
To ensure smooth organisation of the event, Mohan Moonka and Saurav ‘Sunny’ Sanghi have been appointed as co-ordinators.
Office-bearers, including vice-president Advocate Rajiv Agarwal, Harsh Bakrewal, Abhishek Agarwal (Goldy), secretaries Anshul Ringsia, Binod Sharma, Suresh Sharma (Lipu), and treasurer CA Anil Ringsia, are actively working to make the camp a success.
