UditVani, Jamshedpur: Following the directions of Deputy Commissioner Karn Satyarthi, NEP Director Santosh Garg interacted with citizens during the Public Grievance Redressal Day held at the Deputy Commissioner’s office in the district headquarters.
People from various blocks and urban areas presented applications related to land disputes, pensions, employment, school admissions, illegal encroachment, domestic issues, arms licenses, and benefits under government welfare schemes.
The NEP Director forwarded all applications to the concerned departments with clear instructions to ensure time-bound disposal.
Several grievances were resolved on the spot, while officials were directed to give priority to the remaining cases to ensure prompt and effective resolution of public issues.
