Jamshedpur : An orientation program was held for the parents of the nursery at the Fasy Auditorium of Loyola School (Bistupur) today.
The program was organized to introduce new parents to the Loyola family.
The program began with the welcoming of parents by Foundational Stage Team Leader, Teacher Patricia Rebello.
This was followed by a small prayer. Teacher Venita D’Souza, through a prayer, called upon God to get blessings. After which mass hymns were sung by the children of the junior section and then a beautiful prayer dance was performed by the students.
Teacher Sherry Rosario, presented a documentary on Loyola School, Junior Section, which gave a glimpse of all activities held in the school.
Teachers of management and nursery layer were introduced to parents by the team leader.
Principal, Father Vinod Fernandes S.J. highlight the important role of parents in giving the right shape to the children’s minds and told the parents about the heritage of the school, its price system, safety and safety measures that have implemented it.
Vice Principal (Junior Section) Vinita F. Ekka told the parents about the expectations of the school and advised the parents how they can help their children to make school friendly in the early days.
The session was then opened for parents to interact with management and teachers. The program concluded with the national anthem.
This was a good first step towards having a long-term relationship between parents and school.
