UditVani, Jamshedpur : The Loyola Alumni Association (LAA) convened its Annual General Meeting today at St. Joseph’s Hall, Loyola School, drawing a strong turnout from alumni across batches.
The meeting began with an invocation of blessings by Fr. Vinod Fernandes, President of LAA, who also delivered the welcome address. Mr. Pratim Banerjee, Secretary, presented a comprehensive report on the Association’s activities and accomplishments for the year 2024–2025.
Treasurer Mr. Iqbal Alam presented the audited financial statements for the year, highlighting the transparent and responsible management of funds. As part of its outreach efforts, LAA donated sports equipment to St. Ignatius School, Rengra, which was received by Fr. Bernard on behalf of the school.
Summing up the day’s proceedings, Senior Vice President Mr. Rajiv Talwar proposed the Vote of Thanks, acknowledging the enthusiastic participation of members and reaffirming the spirit of the Loyola fraternity.
With over 100 Loyoleans in attendance, the meeting concluded on a warm note with fellowship and high tea, celebrating the enduring bond shared among Loyola alumni.
