UditVani, Chaibasa : Kolhan University will hold its sixth convocation ceremony on November 26. Vice Chancellor Dr. Anjila Gupta reviewed the preparations today in a meeting with the convenors of various sub-committees and university officials. She informed that the Chancellor and Governor are scheduled to arrive at the convocation venue at 10 a.m.
Entry to the convocation hall will be permitted through passes. During the review, the Examination Department reported that the signing of all certificates has been completed. The Vice Chancellor took detailed updates regarding seating arrangements, the designated space for the ceremonial procession, the area allotted for attire preparations for the chief guest, and vehicle parking arrangements. She directed officials to continue reviewing all arrangements and ensure that any pending tasks are completed promptly.
Dr. Gupta also reviewed preparations for the press conference scheduled for November 23 and received updates from the Media Cell. The press conference for the convocation will be held at 12 noon on November 23.
Those present at the review meeting included University Registrar Dr. Parshuram Siyal, DSW Dr. Sanjay Yadav, Proctor Dr. Rajendra Bharti, Deputy Registrar Murari Kumar Mishra, Controller of Examinations Dr. Rinki Dorai, Examination Department Special Officer Dr. Prabhat Kumar Singh, Head of the English Department Dr. Naresh Kumar, NSS Co-ordinator Dr. Dara Singh Gupta, IQAC Co-ordinator Dr. Ranjit Kumar Karn, along with other officials.
