UditVani, Jamshedpur : The Foundation Day of the Bharat Scouts and Guides, commemorating the birth anniversary of Robert Baden-Powell, was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm on Sunday at Ambagan, Sakchi.
Under the able guidance of the Principal, Ms. Nandini Shukla, the Scouts, Guides, Cubs, and Bulbuls of Kerala Samajam Model School actively participated in the Founder’s Day celebration. The students showcased their creativity, talent, and confidence by taking part in various competitions, including drawing, handicrafts, and speech contests.
The participants were accompanied and guided by Guide Captains Tr. Sudha Verma and Tr. Tulika Malhotra, whose constant support and encouragement motivated the children to perform their best.
The primary objective of participating in the event was to instill values of discipline, leadership, and self-reliance among the students. The celebration provided a meaningful platform for learning and character building.
The students’ efforts bore fruit as they won several prizes, bringing laurels to the institution. The school proudly emerged as the **Overall Champion** of the event.
