Jamshedpur : Jamshedpur FC U15 are gearing up for a do-or-die clash against Punjab FC in their final Group C fixture of the AIFF Junior League Final Round, scheduled for Wednesday at 4 PM at the Flatlet Ground.
After managing just one point from their first two matches—a 1-1 draw with Football 4 Change Academy and a 3-1 loss to Minerva Academy—Jamshedpur FC must secure a victory to stay in contention for a spot in the quarterfinals. Anything less than three points will see the hosts crash out of the competition.
Punjab FC, meanwhile, find themselves in a relatively stronger position. After a 4-1 win over Football 4 Change in their previous outing, they have three points from two games. A draw would be enough to keep their hopes of advancing alive, while a win would virtually seal their quarterfinal berth.
